- Where are Beto Silva Collection products manufactured?
The Beto Silva Collection goods collections are exclusively produced in our workshops located in Brazil.
In all our workshops, the choice of the nest materials, the experience of our craftsmen and the extreme care devoted to each phase of the
manufacturing of our items perpetuate the good quality.
- I have forgotten my account password, What can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Beto Silva Collection tab and select “Forgot your password?”.
An email will be sent to you to reset your password. Should you encounter any issues, our Client Services advisors will be delighted to assist you.
- Can I make changes on my account of BETOSILVACOLLECTION.COM?
Beto Silva Collection offers you the possibility to update and modify your account information. To do so, simply log in to your account, where you will
be able to modify your details.
DELIVERY
- What can I expect from a Click & Collect delivery?
We are pleased to offer complimentary Click & Collect at checkout. This service is available at the nears shops or in post lockers around your area.
Your order will be ready for collection 3-4 working days from the time you receive the shipping con rmation email. You will be noti ed by email and
SMS when your order is ready for collection at your selected point. Please note, this is available in selected areas, visible in checkout.
- What delivery options are available and what are the delivery fees?
Standard home delivery: 2-4 working days•Your order will be delivered by EvRi.
•This ground delivery option has the least impact on the environment.
Express home delivery: 2-3 working days
•Your order will be delivered by UPS
•Multiple items within the same order are likely to be shipped in separate parcels: you will receive multiple tracking numbers that might lead to
different delivery times and prices.
Click & Collect: 3-4 working days in selected stores at checkout
•Click & Collect can be selected at checkout, and is available in the UK.
•You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection in store
•Of cial photo ID, order con rmation email or payment card used required for the collection – the name on your ID must match the name on your
order con rmation email.
•Multiple items within the same order may arrive in store at different times, please wait until you have received all ‘ready for collection’ emails to
collect.
- Can I re-arrange delivery if I am not home to receive my order?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, EvRi will attempt to redeliver on the next working day. Please note, of cial photo ID (passport or driving
license) of the purchaser might be required upon delivery. You can contact us if you have any problem and we will be happy to assist you.
- Which courier will deliver my order?
Purchases made on Betosilvacollection.com will be delivered by either, EvRi or Royal Mail. Selected postcodes will be eligible to book a Click &
Collect delivery at checkout.
- How can I track the delivery of my order?
Tracking information will be shared once your order is shipped. You can track from your account or from EvRi and Royal Mail tracking website.
Exchanges & Returns
- What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We are pleased to offer Exchanges & Returns before 30 days from the delivery time. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, returned in original
shipping packaging.
Refunds:
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order. Working days are de ned as Monday to Friday 8am to
6pm, excluding public holidays in the UK and France. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment.
Exchanges:
When you receive your order, in the paper in side just cross exchange and the size you will like so when we receive your item we know.
- When will I receive a refund for my return?
Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 10
working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order. Working days are de ned as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public
holidays in the UK.
- How can I return my order?
To return your order, log into your account and request a return against your order. You will then receive an email con rming your return request. Your
return will be made via the courier that delivered your order. All items need to be returned in the original branded and shipping packaging.
- Do I have to pay to return my order?
There are no return costs. We offer free returns.

- How many items can I purchase?
There’s no limits quantity.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
Beto Silva Collection accepts the following methods of payment:•Visa

All transactions are secured. The website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. We do not keep any
credit card information.
*Billing address must be from one of the following countries / regions : UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Finland, Czech Republic, Estonia,
Croatia, Monaco, Sweden, Slovakia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Latvia, Hungary,
Romania, Slovenia, Poland, Norway, Switzerland.
- Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders placed on betosilvacollection.com are processed quickly, to ensure your items can be delivered to you within the shortest timeframe possible.
Therefore once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel or modify your purchase.
If you have received your order and want to return it, please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment.
Products
- What should I do if the product I want is unavailable online?
Client Services, where our client advisors will be delighted to assist you further. For a selection of products, you may opt to be e-mailed when the item
you are looking for is back in stock; this option will be displayed on the product page with the button "Notify Me When Available". Please note that
opting in for this noti cation is not a reservation. Availability of the item you are interested in cannot be guaranteed.
- How do I take care of my clothing pieces?
Our garments have been exclusively created with quality materials. To ensure its longevity, we advise to store your pieces in a cotton garment cover
(never in plastic) and in a dry and cool space.
Please refer to the care label in your garment for speci c cleaning recommendations.
- Does my item have a guarantee?
Given suf cient care, all products should last for many years.
While we do not provide a warranty for most of our products.
